Please note that starting May 2025, our treatment rates will be adjusted as follows:
60 minutes: $135
75 minutes: $150
90 minutes: $165
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Cancellation Policy: Please note, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge for the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
Waitlist: If you don’t see an available appointment, please add your name to the waitlist. You will be notified by text or email if a spot opens up.

Hello!
As an RMT I am offering my direct billing services after consent from each client at The Lift. If your insurance provider is not on my direct billing list you will still be able to submit your own receipts post-treatment.
I am also a team member of Northern Therapy Services and travel to provide my professional skills to remote Indigenous and Non-Indigenous communities of British Columbia.
In the Winter of 2024 I will have qualified as a RYC Teacher and will soon be offering group and 1:1 sessions focused on helping people heal their pelvic floor, prolapse, diastasis recti and other body imbalances.
As a Certified Labour, Birth and Postpartum Doula, I am a member of Doula Services Association of British Columbia, and may be covered by some insurance plans.
